Commissioned by the Portland Bureau of Transportation, Portland, OR. Also includes a solar powered descriptive kiosk measuring 12' x 9' x 3' fabricated from stainless steel, corten steel, cast bronze, a solar panel and LED lights. The bridge was a winner of the "Top Project" competition by the Oregon Daily Journal of Commerce.
